There are several groups of ST (single tax) for an individual entrepreneur:

• The first - carry out exclusively retail sale of goods from trading places on the market and/or provide household services to the population, with turnover up to 300 thousand UAH and without employees. The tax rate for this group is fixed, and is 10% of the subsistence minimum (in 2019 year it is 192.10 UAH per month). Reporting is submitted once a year;

• Third – economic entities with annual income up to 5 mln. UAH. The tax rate is 3% of the funds received to the settlement account, if the PE is a VAT payer, and 5%, if not. They have to submit reports on a quarterly basis.
